All users agree to follow this policy.
Violation may result in:
- content removal
- identity restriction
- community removal
- temporary suspension
- permanent suspension
- legal reporting when required
1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
This policy protects:
- users
- communities
- leaders
- governance systems
- platform infrastructure
- public trust
It ensures fair participation across RUTIN.
2. ACCOUNT AUTHENTICITY REQUIREMENTS
Users must:
- register with accurate information
- protect login credentials
- avoid impersonation
- avoid fake identity clusters
Users must NOT:
- create deceptive accounts
- operate coordinated fake accounts
- misrepresent qualifications
- misrepresent organizations
3. IDENTITY SYSTEM MISUSE PROHIBITION
RUTIN allows multiple identities:
- pblc
- pvt
- prof
Users must NOT:
- switch identities to bypass moderation
- coordinate identities to influence voting
- simulate community consensus
- avoid enforcement using identity rotation
Identity misuse leads to enforcement action.
4. GOVERNANCE SYSTEM MANIPULATION PROHIBITED
Users must NOT manipulate:
- leader elections
- rule proposal votes
- impeachment petitions
- community decisions
Examples include:
- vote brigading
- fake participation
- coordinated pressure campaigns
- multi-account voting influence
- scripted governance activity
Governance abuse is treated as a serious violation.
5. AUTOMATION AND BOT RESTRICTIONS
Users must NOT:
- scrape platform data
- automate interactions
- use bots for voting
- mass-create accounts
- generate artificial engagement
Unless explicitly permitted by RUTIN.
Unauthorized automation leads to suspension.
6. PLATFORM SECURITY PROTECTION
Users must NOT:
- attempt unauthorized access
- probe platform vulnerabilities
- bypass authentication
- interfere with platform services
Security testing requires permission.
7. SPAM AND COMMERCIAL ABUSE
Users must NOT:
- post repetitive promotional content
- send unsolicited bulk messages
- promote scams
- share malicious links
Commercial use requires platform approval where applicable.
8. COMMUNITY DISRUPTION PROHIBITED
Users must NOT:
- coordinate disruption campaigns
- mass-report content falsely
- intentionally destabilize leadership
- harass moderators
- misuse governance tools
Community stability is protected.
9. DATA ACCESS MISUSE PROHIBITED
Users must NOT:
- collect member data without permission
- harvest identities
- extract community lists
- build shadow datasets
Privacy violations may trigger legal action.
10. PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY MISUSE
Professional identities must NOT:
- claim false certifications
- misrepresent employment
- provide unsafe advice
- mislead communities intentionally
Misuse may result in identity restriction.
11. CHILD SAFETY PROTECTION
Users must NOT:
- collect minor data
- share exploitative material
- contact minors inappropriately
Violations result in immediate enforcement.
12. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY PROHIBITED
Users must NOT use RUTIN to:
- commit fraud
- coordinate crimes
- distribute illegal materials
- promote extremist violence
- sell restricted goods illegally
Such activity may be reported to authorities.
13. PLATFORM RESOURCE ABUSE
Users must NOT:
- overload servers
- perform stress attacks
- exploit caching behavior
- trigger automated loops intentionally
Infrastructure misuse leads to suspension.
14. REVERSE ENGINEERING PROHIBITED
Users must NOT:
- copy backend logic
- replicate governance architecture
- extract platform workflows
- reverse engineer APIs
Except where allowed by law.
15. ADMINISTRATIVE SAFETY AUTHORITY
RUTIN administrators may:
- restrict identities
- freeze communities
- suspend users
- override governance outcomes
When necessary for:
- legal compliance
- security protection
- platform stability
16. ENFORCEMENT FRAMEWORK
Depending on severity:
RUTIN may apply:
- warnings
- identity restriction
- content removal
- community restriction
- temporary suspension
- permanent suspension
- legal escalation when required
17. REPORTING MISUSE
Users should report violations involving:
- automation abuse
- fake governance behavior
- identity misuse
- spam activity
- security concerns
Reports help maintain fairness.
